Personally, I don’t like these things and cannot tell how effective they will be in the long run. Even if this approach does work, do not get too comfortable using it. There is no guarantee that it will continue to work for the long run since Matt Cutts and the Google anti-web-spam team are actively working to rid their system of such things.

There are smarter ways to get links, and our upcoming tools will help users to make more intelligent decisions in terms of where best to apply their efforts.

A few thoughts on this one…

First, do keyword-based domain names help with Google rankings?

Some say “yes”, others say “no”. I wouldn’t put too much weight into this factor.

However, when people start linking to your domain and include closely related keywords in their anchor text, that does help. And having a bullseye theme for your website or blog will help you to create a relevant internal linking structure, providing better rankings and a better user experience.

Of course, all of this assumes that you can write good content worthy of being linked to and ranked well. Roxanne, who is a professional content writer, has some tricks up her sleeve for writing good content (not spinning, not PLR, not some rehashed junk). We’ll be revealing them in future CK Pro training modules.
